How to max out the graphics in NBA 2K14?

Hey! New to the forum (I've lurked for a while though)... I've dabbled in installing some mods previously, and I use the Generic Mod Enabler for managing my mods.

My NBA 2K14 runs perfectly maxed out, with in-game settings. The anti-aliasing doesn't work, so I forced it with AMD Catalyst Control Center. There is an occasional lag during menus, but in-game it runs brilliantly, 60 FPS.

Any advice for upping the level of my graphics quality (I'm not even sure what Morphological Filtering, Surface Format Optimization means, etc.), plus the best ENBs and SweetFXs to use (as well as any other helpful tools/mods), and more importantly, how to install them, would be greatly appreciated

Also, does [Cam]'s Global already include JaoSming's Brighter Player Reflections and Baggy T-Shirts mod? Because, if not, I'm not sure how to run them hand-in-hand.
