Missing Players CF ID (For modders and CF makers)

The idea is to select CFIDs to those players that aren't in the game and not even hidden in the roster or in with CFs in the game folder. Right now, the IDs for that players are chosen by the Roster's makers or the CF's makers. So, if you change roster, you have to change the png number of that player. If you download a CF for that player, you must search for the CFid of that player in your current roster, and paste the CF with that CFid.

If we chose an ID for every missing player, roster's makers and CF makers just have to use that ID. And then, the CFs are going to work with every custom roster without remaning. If 2K release a roster with that player, we change the CF ID for the 2K one, so the CFs can also be compatible with 2K rosters.

These are the list of players I find that are or were recently in the NBA but not in the game. I assign them an ID, if you want to add some more players, post it here.

I like this idea. Pretty much all original new content should be assigned an ID used by all the modders so that we don't have to have multiple files of the same cyberface (for example) or conflicting cyberfaces.

2K13. It doens't mean that there must be CFs with that ID, thats just the ID taken from the Roster for each player. Some of them don't exist in the roster and I create a custom ID.
