These sliders and settings are developed for obtain a better gameplay possible with nba2k13.
Realism, amusements and general good challenge for every skills level.

These sliders/settings work perfectly with my Albys Realistic Roster (actually v.1.2) because on roster i work hardly on players tendencies and overall players in search of the maximum realism.
But also work good with all others roster because i fixed all "CPU cheat" (some attributes players values are used - abused by cpu for make difference, like speed, quickness, on-ball defense, off. and def. awareness, blocks, jump, shots values).

ROOKIE: children or dead people.
PRO LEVEL: beginners, and normal players with some problems on defense.
ALL STAR LEVEL: normal and good players of 2Kseries (for me is better level)
SUPERSTAR LEVEL: very good players of 2Kseries, hard challenge.
HALL FO FAME LEVEL: this game is your life!

Features (compared with default 2Ksport simulation settings):
- more physical game under the basket and better animations
- better cpu defense
- more blocks
- more real shots % (for this, please use Albys RR 1.2)
- some cpu loose ball
- tuned pass
- tuned fouls
- fixed offensive rebounds
- better shots distribution
- tuned dunks
- real ball-handling
- unlocked all alternate/christmas jerseys!
and some minor fixes.

Remember: choose and put only 1 file .STG in your saves folder, because sometimes the game make confusion with more .STG files and use only latest.
And also remember: load roster (Albys Roster or another amatorial roster like Slimm44 or Medevenx) every time you start the game.

Latest thing:
For every game level (Pro,All Star,Superstar, HOF) please set this value in GAME-CONTROLLER OPTION :
DEFENSIVE ASSIST 0/25 for increase challenge
DEFENSIVE ASSIST 50 for default level challenge

Oh, another thing :D : for all levels, if you use Bobcats or another modest team, the game will be difficult. If you use Heat, OKC, Spurs and another great teams (also Lakers) the game will be easy.
The teams selected is in fact another challenge factor. ;-)

This pack also contain Albys Realistic Roster 1.2 (20 december 2012)

Albys,
PJ Tucker needs a boost on the defense ratings. He's a specialist, best defender on the Suns and a scrapper that goes after every loose ball. Hope you can edit him for the next roster.

Just played one half with 1.2 in AS and it looks great. I had to adjust it to 10min, if I wanted real scores.

One thing, though, have you edited all rotations or only those 13 teams? I mean I played with the Timberwolves and Shved was out of the rotation (btw Josh Howard who was badly injured last week has finally been cut). Anyway, this can be easily fixed in the game. Thanks for your releases!

So its a must to use your sliders to get real results? I am using his sliders for a long time now and am really happy with them... But I have noticed that it just doesn't go together with lets say slimm44 roster, because they both made the same effort for reduced fastbreak and off rebs etc. and it is just to much of the medicine...

Can't wait for you RR2 just to see how the game works with all the Vannwolfhawk's playbooks. Right now, the problem that i have is the cpu fga. There are way too many shots. Sometimes cpu takes 90-100 shots then the average is 80... I hope we'll get RR2 for christmas, it would be a great gift :D

Thanks again for your work bro

Great sliders and games Albys

I just started an association mod in Hall Of Fame with Denver and the first game was very very difficul againt Phily. Lost by 8pts. However I won the second game quite easily against Orlando (+25). So we can definitely say that no matter how hard Albys will work on the sliders, the game will always be affected by the rating of teams. As he said, Miami/Lakers/OKC would roll over any other teams; On the contrary, Washington or New Orleans would be an almost impossible challenge.

Just a feedback; I think that playing 10 or 11 minutes is enough to have real stats. I got 49 and 47 rebounds in both games playing 10minutes. The assist numbers are good; the number or shots taken as well. However I do think that you have to put 48 at 3pts success for the user. There is a big gap between 47 and 48 rates: Against Phily I had 3/23 3pts and againts Orlando 6/13 which is significantly suprising. I believe that it depends how hard/realistic you want the game.

I'll keep on playing my association and give feedbacks.

Anyway, great job Albys! really!

Maybe I don't understand or whatever, but I just can't see what is wrong with 2K13s' simulation sliders. I play 12 min quarter on superstar level, and I have no problems or unrealistic occurrences.
Especially I do not appreciate when you differ user sliders from cpu's  . Isn't that cheating?

2K admitted that there are tons of rating advantages the CPU will have depending on the difficulty you're playing. One in particular is Speed where the CPU has an unreasonably large difference with the User's Speed. Remember in 2K12 when the CPU always did the shot clock cheese?

Yeah that might be the case with 2K12, but not in 2K13. I absolutely adore everything they have done to improve this year version.
I'm open minded. I will give a try with Alby's and yours sliders and rosters, although I didn't like Alby's gameplay on 2K12.
Thanks for reply Medvenx!

Still very unrealistic...speed is too high, players move like monkeys on steroids. Playing on PRO (I have the experience to go even higher) and after 5 minutes the score is (SAC) 20-16 (PHX, me), CPU shooting 100%. Plus I noticed in previous version LAL was way overrated. But don't get me wrong, I guess it is a good pack, you just can't eliminate the bugs the game has until they make an official patch (because it is encoded). I'm off from 2K13 indefinitely until that patch comes out and will be enjoying my 16 seasons long dynasty with 2K11 which kicks ass anytime of any other NBA game. :cheeky:
