this is an update of the NBA2k13 backboard structure with a 3d editing work...
BLISS ask me if I can make a backboard like in real nba,so here you go....

there are the types of all 30 backboard of nba 12713 season
- NORMAL ( it's the normal NBA backboard update)
- NORMAL-MONITOR ( it's the normal NBA backboard update with the new style " monitor" on the bottom )
- CAMERA-MONITOR ( LAKERS TYPE) --( it's the NBA backboard with the camera under the backboard like in lakers and the " monitor" on the bottom)
- CAMERA-MONITO2 CUT ( for backboard like in dallas or chicago)

tutorial to install this mod:

- open the Mod Tool and open your stadium ( s***.iff) file you prefer
- go to DDS N°22 ( in others are 21 or 23) in the left column and scroll down to " MODEL:0
- in the right select PART=0 and PART=1
- click IMPORT TEXTURE and select the rispective file
- click OK when the texture is imported and...enjoy

ATTENTION:
the 3d structure file of the stadium is only one, so you can't import a different 3d structure different from the original.
EXAMPLE: you can't import the LAKERS structure on WASHINGTON....the file need to have the same dimension of the original

if you import a different size....you have this message:

after this
if you use the NORMAL-MONITOR /CAMERA- MONITOR you need to update the relative texture for have the monitor aspect

you need to update this texture in Mod Tool:
DDS N°22....scrool down to texture n° 9 or 10

the texture to replace is this:


this is an example texture...you need to create your personal texture

NOTE: THIS MOD IS NOT TESTED FOR ALL STADIUM, SO I WILL UPDATE WITH OTHER BACKBOARD EVENTUALLY

unfortunally it's not possible to unify the monito to backboard but with this fix looks better

mhhh, strange,I've not tested the edit for all team. if none of the three change Atlanta, means that the atlanta backboard have something different and not match with others

yes, another guy say me this problem. the explication is simply: the " monitor" part is a recostruction of a monitor inside the back...and because it's a different part, isn't connected to the backboard.

but maybe I have fix this problem,I hope...later I try the new 3d tructure.

yes, the origina lidea, I think , is from this guy, Bliss ask me to edit the backboard and also to make this " monitor" on the bottom.

in this backboard the monitor stay in position? or no?...can you try?

it's that work ? i mean is it move when you dunk ?
haven't tested yet,
if it's not try to do quick test
use default backboard first
take one of four little camera on the glass and place it on position as box ad,see if it's work/move well.
i suggest this cuz i think the box would not move because the original parts which is (tv box on the bottom) it's not suppose to move in game.
if that work than that's the part you gonna use to transform it to ad box, if it's not i think it's something to do with hex edit.
i'm not at home now i'll try it later.

well i've try quick test take some small part from 1 of little camera and it's works,nothing is impossible again
bad news is i couldn't open texture with photoshop message was error parse something (i've dds plugin installed other texture works but this not),
possibly it's because modtool not yet fully supported 2k13.
mind the texture is black i can't edit texture. just to show it's works
