As long as I can copy and paste them in Leftos' editor, yes. I started the playbooks before I received it and don't want to have to go back and do that work again.

What makes this mod “sim”? Here are a few of the features that set this project apart from all others:

- Every art file (jerseys, arenas, cyberfaces, accessories, courts, dornas (advertisement at half court), etc is realistic and none will crash game play
- There is no missing art file in the entire project

Every player in every roster has:
- Accurate statistical ratings and tendencies to work with 2k's simulation engine while still providing realistic game play
- Realistic ratings and tendencies that affect game play but not the simulation engine ie dribbling, athletic ratings, post tendencies, etc.
- Realistic physical attributes that decrease after major injuries or as the player gets older
- Accurate play types
- Accurate contracts

- Accurately updated Coaching profiles and playbooks

- Draft classes that have realistic player information for every player

- A few slider sets designed to be a base for realistic game play

Your roster is slammin, just have a problem with the wrong portraits on some players and the ratings seem extremely low on some players ex... Kemba Walker is a 65 ovr, he's a 76 on 2K's update, and you have Matt Barnes rated higher(76) than Caron Butler (71) I would think that's incorrect. Are you going to correct the portraits on your next update along with a ratings increase? Otherwise, great job. (Y)

Out of purely selfish reasons, I'm willing to implement Playbooks in my Roster Editor. I'll try to do some research on it soon, because I'd rather transfer the playbooks over to my Association than start all over. I'm mid-season, and 40 games are a lot to go through again.

Pistol, please, you should know better than complain about overall ratings. Have you even read this thread? Have you even read how detailed slimm is when compiling the ratings for the players, and how much he's studied the game and sim-engine? Overall ratings don't mean anything. ANYTHING. Play the game, and only then complain if you feel a certain player is underpowered. What makes you think the 2K insider does ratings any better than slimm? Why is slimm's ratings too low and it's not the other way around?

Great roster Slimm. I'd like to make one comment about some association sim stats.

Jeremy Lin has been in the top 5 in scoring each time I've simmed a season. His usage rates are also off the charts. I've edited him a bit myself to fix that. Maybe you want to look at his tendencies/ratings.

Great work again. Look forward to the mega roster!

Yeah, Lin and most of the rookies are way to good (especially Beal & Waiters, while Anthony Davis sucks).

Not really, but I don't know how hard it'll be for me to decode them.

I'm in the process of updating the playbooks, touches, take shot, and shot location sliders now to reflect stats from this season. I hope to have it done by this weekend, but it's a lot of editing to do. The sim stats will be more accurate when I'm done with the edits.

Ok, I'm looking through the roster and I'm seeing:

Alexey Shved has a cyber face
James Singleton has the correct cyberface (light-skinned black dude)
Chris Singleton has the correct cyberface (dark-skinned black dude)

Are you guys installing all of the cyberfaces and the portrait.cdf and portrait.iff files?

I read the guide and I did a few roster edits to your roster, such as rotations, FA additions, injured players etc.... and after I saved them, I went to load the game it kicked out to the desktop. I then removed your roster, then re-loaded the game with the default one, and it worked. So I went back and re-loaded your roster minus the edits, and now it loads. So I guess I can't personalize the game to reflect the current NBA as far as changing lineups and such.

I then removed your roster, then re-loaded the game with the default one, and it worked. So I went back and re-loaded your roster minus the edits, and now it loads. So I guess I can't personalize the game to reflect the current NBA as far as changing lineups and such.

There's no reason why you shouldn't be able to edit whatever you want. I've not had a single CTD this year. I did last year, not this year. Did you do any hex-editing or was it done in-game? All mine has been done in-game or with Leftos' editor. Not a single problem.

@ mlp111 - Both of them should be in the cyberface pack I uploaded.

EDIT: Yup, I downloaded the CF pack in the link from the first post and all necessary files are there. I'm not sure why it's not working for everybody.

Apparently it doesn't have anything to do with any roster including the default. I repaired it in programs and features in control panel, loaded the game, picked teams, clicked start to edit lineups screen, kicked back to desktop again. Really don't want to un-install and re-install the game and lose everything. Frustrated man.

No portraits are showing up when the game is loaded, just blank white spaces where the portraits should be. This didn't occur until after I d/ld Slimm's missing CF patch on the first page.
I believe this is causing the problem, now how do I get them back?

The CF pack is not causing the problem nor is the roster. There are lots of people who have not had any of the problems you are. That being said, it really sucks that your having those problems. I would suggest an uninstall/reinstall. Also, I would strongly suggest making backups of the original files that install with the game and keeping them in a secondary folder.

I don't know what caused the problem, but I had to re-install the game, and now every thing is back to normal. Thx for the help anyways.

I think a lot of people are having problems with rosters in general and I think (Usually gets me into trouble, thinking) the main reasons are a mixture of CF's and Portraits.iff from different roster makers. Note I have not tried many\any rosters except Slimm44's (Thank You sir) but I do not think you can use Slimm's, BabyFace's and URB all at the same time unless you check every CF and the Portrait.iff\cdf and make sure they are numbered the same (the CF's) and the Portrait.iff is made exactly the same as well. As far as I know all roster makers use different Portrait.iff files either made by themselves or someone else.

I know most of you know this already but some new guys don't seem to grasp the Portrait.iff idea, It's the "Highlander" rule "there can be only one".
