Why after changing player types from 3 to 1, i cant access "create player" mode from the game. The game just turn off suddently every time.

This happened to me too. All the normal players became player type 0 and the creates became 1 and 7 even though I change it all and save it it still won't work.

Rhenel_04, come on, it's been posted like a million times in this thread. Even JaoSming did a video tutorial about it in the Tutorials section of the Forum. Please search for it.

Well one is..

I changed the height of Bieber from like

190.something to 188 it appears that you can't do that. You need to place an exact value that can be read by the program which is 188.42 the heights are in integers I think and you can't place your own value like 188.00000001 or it will mess up everything.

Second is

I tried to change the player types of cloned players in CATs. I think I made the Player Type 1s into 2s. Then everyone's player type changed.

Both of these result in:

Unable to Create A Player (crashes) and MyCareer is unavailable (you can't press it).

Well there is something defenitely weird with either my game or my saves....specially if I'm the only one getting it.
I've tested it numerous times and It's always the same problem so I don't think it's "saved game" related.

I create a new player for MyCareer, just a generic face with the options normally available in game.
Everything normal, I get drafted, start a new season, announcers call my nickname ("Thunder") and every option is working...I can change my nickname with the "edit player" option on MyCareer menu.
I use leftos workaround tool to get playvision to display and it works perfectly.

Now, after checking that everything is working properly, I make 2 saves (one as backup) & exit the game and try to assign a cyberface using the roster editor (following Yao youtube tutorial). Once assigned, save & exit the editor.
When I get back in game, I load the edited save and I find that the cyberface has been correctly placed but:
- Announcers no longer call my nickname, they call my jersey number.
- The option to change nicknames from the edit player is gone.
- Playvision is not working even using the workaround tool.

If I exit that game and load the backup saved file, everything is working normally.
So I'm pretty sure it's the roster editor doing something weird to the save file after assigning the cyberface.

have you tried the turbo trainer to assign your CF instead?

My problem is, that i've created many players in "Create a player" mode in 2k13. Later i go to roster editor and changed my created players types from 3 to 1. Now when i am trying to get in "Create a player" mode again, game crashes.

is there any other quicker possbility to remove all FA than removing them one by one from teams tab?

Because...? It works the same way as the Players tab. It requires column headers and the ID column to be there.

Just to help, in the latest official roster (december 8th) CustomRosterOffset is 867688 and CustomRosterOffsetBit is 0

MyCareer uses the roster that isn't compatible with this roster editor. How can I use this tool with a new MyCareer but still have the updated rosters ? Thanks

Rosque, I won't be making Roster Editor compatible with any rosters newer than November 10. I've already said so. Feel free to try and find the offsets for Albys' roster, and I'll incorporate them in a profile.

i have problem when i edit my player roster and save .I back to game and i have 2 glitch. First I play 43 games but when go to conference standing i saw 2 teams have restart numbers of wins charlotte and bulls have 0-0 and the have 82 games to play how to fix it. And second when i save roster in game no more hear my nickname ''miracle man'' i hear from commentator only number in my jersey how to fix it.

Jeez i discover new possibilities every next day with this stuff.
I was wonder Leftos, is there any chance to give us possibility of adding new courts/logos to specific team? i know its probably very difficult, but what a hell i must ask with believe in your programming skills.

skoadam, no, not really. I mean I could somehow add new entries to tables, but I would have no idea how to tell the game where the edited tables begin and end, alter the offsets that is.

Besides, I haven't decoded the texts, so you wouldn't be able to actually choose which file to use even if you added new entries. Vlad is making big progress with REDitor, so it should be soon enough that you'll be able to do everything you want.

With turbo trainer at least playvision still works.
But I still have the "no nickname" problem....could be an issue with the cyberface .iff file?

You need use chinese version of trainer i have the same problem i edit my player in ENG version and they removed my nickname ''miracle man'' and commentators read only my number. You need go edit player in to game and ope turbo trainer chinese version 1.4.
