hey lakers92, just a suggestion here. maybe you can add additional one jersey slot for every team's christmas jerseys.

That's something I'm interested in, but it's probably a waste of time if that Complete Jerseys Project comes out in a couple days. Like anything else I guess I'm holding back on the jersey edits.

Are you absolutely sure you can't do a 2013-14 association, it would make a huge difference in terms of authenticity and everything. no chance?

Mostly sure. If you look back a couple pages (I forget which one) I give a big, long-winded explanation of why it doesn't work now. Long-story-short right now, it would compromise too much realism.

Is everything else up to date in that association roster? Say if I started a new one, all the player ages, contracts, etc would be accurate as of the real 2013-14 season? If that is the case I could easily look past the flaws in stats and dates.

your rosters and organizational grouping has been great ... up until the last update! the 8 / 6 11:30 pm roster updates keeps making my game close. The files Im trying to use are the Med Ros Play Now (both hornets and bobcats were tried ) yet I get same drop to desktop when starting a game. I downloaded everything and have even downloaded some of your previous "daily" upadates from the past with no problems.

Also I think someone else posted something about the files becoming wacky after the 8 / 6 update.
Could you look into the problem for a solution. Thanks.

okay so the game will allow me to play the roster if im offline which is cool. But if I try to save roster I go straight to the desktop!

Count yourself lucky that you were able to play online this long. It hasn't been working for people as long as back to the beginning. Like the dude said below you, it's been a known issue for a while.

is it possible to update the schedules that teams play, the nba announced the 2014 schedules today.

*I think* so. I'll have to look at the schedules tab. I'll go ahead and assume it'd be ridiculously difficult, but not impossible.

I probably will not release tonight, but the next planned release I plan to do the following things:
1) Bring heights & weights up to speed with the newest rosters from NBA.com
2) Edit #'s (there are about 30 players that need their numbers changed since yesterday -- especially on the Bucks)
3) Third, and most controversial, any players that have been confirmed to play in Europe next year I will be cutting from the teams rosters into free agency. Sorry for those that didn't want this, but to maintain realism I feel like I've just gotta do it. If you want them back, they'll be in the FA pool.

EDIT: Found schedules -- everything has been posted to the individual team sites on NBA.com. There are 1230 games per year in the NBA + Stars/Elites game + All-Star game -- so 1232 slots in the schedules tab. Now all I've gotta do is sit and plug it all into Excel. Obviously, this won't take only one day.

bro the latest update has the pelicans with the hornets logo in med's and alby's rosters. both file sets med's hornets and bobcats as well as alby's hornets and bobcats. this refer's to play now only I haven't looked at any other roster file.

also bulls future draft stash Mirotic is in Fa pool but has no head just letting you know

Sounds like you changed your logos.cdf or .iff yesterday. The hornets don't even exist in my logos file except for the Charlotte hornets, who are logo586, not 011.

Nikola mirotic is in either pack 5 or 6, I don't remember.

BAD NEWS. The new version of Red MC changes all the colors to black when you save a roster. This can't be fixed at this point. Sorry guys. You'll have to deal with the black accessories until a fix is released.

I can't defeat the limitations of the game.
All the dates are correct (Pelicans first 3 games as an example):
10/30 - vs. Pacers
11/01 - @ Magic
11/02 - vs. Bobcats

I did of course. The things I changed were Force Trades On, CPU Trades Off, Player Roles Off, and Gameplay 12 min quarters. Do you think this messed up the schedule?

You downloaded the first version where I had a bunch of little bugs. I've been doing this way too long today. Download the one now.

Crisis averted. I had an old setup for v1.1 of Red MC. I was able to change the colors back.

Oh wait! I'm using Meds Asso. Why don't you try that one and see if the sched is still not right.
