Colours are not the same. Team colors are used the same as 2K does, expcept I don't know what Brooklyn must have (I use pure black for the Nets).
If not some additional layers and transparency, the team colors for MIA and LAC would look:

MIA

LAC

Does we have to copy and paste the ESPN V.1's team logos in 2K13's folder before running the ESPN V.2's .exe ?

It is wrtten near download line: "for offline users"

If you are online user:
1- use keepmymodby Leftos
2- read this thread for more advises
3- or simply delete newscorebug.iff from ..Users...OnlineData (WHEN RUNNING NBA2K13 !!!) then run ESPN.TV exe

NO.

ESPN TV 2.0 works in silent mode. It will do all the job even if you do not see what it is doing

You can place the file at any place you want. I keep it on desktop for now.
Run it, choose the number, press enter, play your game.

Also, it is not mentioned this time, but ESPN TV.exe works only if you have installed your NBA2K13 to default directory at Program Files/2K sports.

You can still grab the files from C:\Program Files\2K Sports\NBA 2K13 and copy them over after you've run the EXE.

I give up. The problem is not actually the modding, is the testing. I made a change, I knew what was the change, I knew what was expecting but after 2 quarters, the panel didn't show up. Besides that, you can't just finish the game and open a new one because you have to use Keep My Mod. So, you have to close the game, close KMM, edit, paste, open KMM and open game. And if you just don't use KMM and decide to block Internet so the game can download the scoreboard and replace the one you have, you can't see the info from NBA today and because of that more than a half of the panel don't show up.

I hope that a TNT scoreboard (or any other right aligned) can use the panels without change the position of them.

Why'd you post that here? And there are no techs.

And 3 charges a game is too much.
