Guys! I found a way to unlock the All-Star teams. Change the date of your PC to Feb. 17, 2013, and the East and West All-Stars will be available at the Quick Game screen. Same goes if you wanna unlock the Stars and Elites; just change the date to Feb. 15, instead.

yes this works but there's a downside.. no matter how you update the roster lineup through roster editor, it still shows the 2012 lineup..
i think the reason for this is just like last year, there is an "Overriding Rotations" code of some sort inside the roster file that is not currently present in the roster editor, that tab is present in the Reditor.. and it overrides whatever lineup we inputted in our roster.. unless leftos can find a way to make it editable in his editor or unless you chose to play with the updated official roster (2ksports already updated the rotations but only the all-stars not the rising stars), then people will be forced to settle with last years lineup with injured Rose and Bynum in the starting lineup..

and Tha King, nice job on the All-Star Unis kababayan.. i just have a minor detail suggestion.. if you could make the Adidas Strips a little thicker, also the 2013 mark on the neck for the west jerseys should be gold, and emphasize this a little more:

I always love how you pay attention to small details; I noticed that you inserted the East and West logos on back of the neck area for the relevant jerseys. Although the actual jerseys have the team logos placed there, I know that it's impossible to recreate in the game. I just want to say bravo for your detailed work, and creating the patch as close as possible to the actual jersey.

Spoelstra announced today, that Chris Bosh will start the ASG in Rondo's place, not Kyrie Irving.

Been using the GSW Jerseys of yours and it is kickass. (Using my roster ofcourse)
But in your Jersey Roster, are you able to make the sleeves transparent with their
skin color.
It would be much better if that would happen.

That sounds impossible because GSW consists of different colored races players

Great stuff once again, though there doesn't seem to be any teamfile or logofile included in the file (downloaded twice to confirm).
Would you also mind mentioning which alternate versions are for V1,V2,V3 & V4 too or update the readme?

i got it to work...but it only for the classic home jersey..i cant edit the classic home jersey in edit player

I downloaded the jersey file as well as the jersey roster.. still i don't see the jerseys.. i badly need this for a video.. :////
