Pooh made one that will be in my update for teams that don't have one, however I do not believe you can play neutral site games in 2k13

i can at least find and add all logos to a lot of courts, but not hex edit....ONLY IF someone can please give me the iff file on page 10..the one where u can basically put any logo anywhere..thanks for help

It's been a while since I checked in with retro team list, but I've still been working on them despite being swamped by projects at work. I've added 4 more teams since last check in and have 5 more to go to get to 30. When completed all players will have correct abilities, tendencies, signature moves and gear (although the gear color will need to be corrected). Coaches will have correct tendencies and playbooks. The remaining teams to be done are the 2006-07 Texas Longhorns with Kevin Durant the 2005-06 Gonzaga Bulldogs with Adam Morrison, 1982-83 NC State with the great Jimmy V as coach, 2008-09 Missouri Tigers and 2007-08 Wisconsin Badgers. When Reditor comes out I can start working on the remaining 34 retro teams.

you can print them and put them in the game's case if you have the DVD version.
If you do a second install and do a non-Steam link you can use it as a custom icon too

yep, unfortunately that is the only digital copy of that in existence. I have a print of it somewhere, but this is just for fun and laughs so no worries about the quality
