Cool. I'll put them in the pack #6... Thanks!

I'm curious though whether your last updated included the changes that SC1211 had made for Assoc. mode, or whether you were still beta testing?

Not yet. We're still working on how to include the 2012-13 stats. I am releasing an update this afternoon (some time in the next few hours) that will include all unique ASA_IDs. This will fix some problems, but not the 2nd year stats bug. It will also include the new Celtics jersey #s and a couple missing faces from that guys suggestions above this ^. I'll post here when it is released.

Awesome. Thanks for all the work you do.

So myself and a friend are trying to understand, the reason for the crashing isn't the IDs, but the contracts, right?

HEre it is, once you get it I'll remove it from the post so you can release it officially.

Maybe it's because i imported a new player (created one and c/p'ed via Roster Editor), it crashed just before the 4th quarter.

Just announced via multiple reports:

Metta World Peace agrees to 2 year deal with New York Knicks. Both years are worth approximately $1.6 million each, but the second year is a player option.

Also, Elton Brand agreed to a 1 year deal with the Atlanta Hawks. Dollar amount hasn't been released yet.

Hope this helps with your update for later. Thanks for your hard work and dedication to this project lakers92.

EDIT: In addition, Celtics waived SF Kris Joseph and signed Brazilian Center/PF Vitor Faverani to a 3 year deal.

Free Agent PG John Lucas III has committed to an agreement with the Utah Jazz. Terms of deal still being worked out, but he said he will sign there (probably 1-2 year deal)

Release is uploading now.

GOOD NEWS
Association mode and (maybe MyCareer) should be fixed in the new AssociationFix Alby's roster included in the package. I've tried many things with Medevenx's roster, but I can't seem to find a way to make it work in association mode. It's still available in its original form as a play now option.

The only thing that is different about the AssociationFix roster is I fixed duplicate ASA_IDs and moved player stats back a year. That means player's 2012-13 stats are showing up as 2011-12, 2011-12 is showing up as 2010-11, and so on. This way if you play an association mode and want Kobe to chase the scoring record (like me), you can still do so. Also I aged players manually in that roster by a year, so players show their real age if you start an association mode.

Thanks to SC1211, he gave me many ideas (this one was one of many) and hopefully we'll continue to collaborate to try and find a fix for Medevenx's roster. Be sure to thank him if you speak with him.

Here were the general changes I made today:
ATL - Elton Brand - 1 yr/$4M
BOS - Keith Bogans - 3 yr/$15.63M (2-yr TO)
NYK - Metta World Peace 2yr/min
UTA - John Lucas III 1 yr/min
Keith Bogans #4
Marshon Brooks #12
Chris Copeland #22
Andrew Bynum #31
Deshaun Thomas #11
JJ Hickson #7
Greivis Vasquez #10
Change Beal height: 195.58

I would really like to use Alby's roster but my espn scoreboard still has a bug when I use his.

i tried to sim my association and I didn't found those bugs like 125 PPG etc. Where will I see it? I tried checking the players stats and I think it was normal excep LeBron signing with the Lakers. lol

But I can't play My Career on med's.

Go to your saves folder. Go one folder back, then click online data. Clear this folder and your scoreboard should show up.
You'll never see that bug again in the associationfix roster. As for MyPlayer, I'm not surprised it doesn't work with Medevenx's roster (I can't even get association mode to simulate a game in that roster), but it may work with the new associationfix roster. I expect about 100 replies about if it does or doesn't on various other sites.

I mean the espn scoreboard is ok, but the teams's logo on the scoreboard is either oversized or just white. But I'll give it a try again.

For those who want to use Med's roster for association,

You dont have to fill up the rosters to make it 15/15, just start the association with Philly, and immediately RESIGN before you reach the 2nd day of your assoc. And it will be good, no crashes. Hope it work for you guys.

I had a similar issue last week regarding the ESPN scoreboard mod. I ended up going back and re-downloading the version 4 files of the mod and using those logo files (logo000.iff - logo031.iff files) included in the ESPN scoreboard v4 patch. Then copy those logo files into your main NBA 2K13 folder and overwrite the previous ones. Now my scoreboard works fine. Hope that helps!

Here's a link to the nba2k org website: http://www.nba2k.org/2013/07/nba2k13-es ... rsion.html

That link has the files needed for the download. On the bottom of that page is the comments section. I posted a lengthy comment with a picture attached of what my logos looked like before (they were over-sized and too large for the scoreboard - like you are describing). Check out that picture and the steps needed to follow. Hope that helps solve your problem!

Hornets and Bobcat jerseys are white in Alby's and Med's roster. Why is this? And when I start a random game, it kicks me to the desktop.

Disconnect from the internet, it should fix that desktop crash.

As for the Hornets and Bobcats jerseys... The Bobcats ones should be fine regardless if you download everything or not. The Hornets jersey is in pack #4. They consist of:
uh731 - white jersey
ua731 - green jersey
ux731 - purple jersey

What about the Hornets home court not showing up in the game? It's a all black background with just the players and no court? This looks promising, but a lot of bugs. When I choose association roster, it doesn't crash. Just the FA rosters do it.

Okay I guess you're starting from scratch, this is detailed in the Free Agency Rosters .zip file in the Installation Instructions.
1) Download Free Agency Rosters .zip
2) Download Necessary Files #1-6 (if you already have a working version of Medevenx's v1.1b, you'll only need to download #4-6)
3) Place all .ROS files in the saves folder
4) Place everything from #1-6 in the root/main folder. Do it by order you downloaded, so first place things from #1 in, then #2, then #3...and so on. There may be some overwriting. Only Medevenx's things (#1-3) will overwrite original 2k files (they might not, but just to be safe). Some of the CFs from #6 will overwrite things you installed from #5...don't worry about this, these are the updated versions of the faces you're overwriting.
--> You could always just place everything from #1 to #6 in a folder and use it with generic mod enabler.

I hope that makes it easy enough.

Just have a couple of questions:
- are the contracts updated to reflect the real contracts (if not, you will probably have to edit all the players' contracts, at least that's what I found out with DaRoster - many contracts didn't have the right options, or the right money and length and all of these thing are very important!)... so if you haven't updated all the contracts please do (you can you hoopsworld to help you http://www.hoopsworld.com/nba-salaries/ - for the rookies that don't yet have the salaries set, use the salaries of the rookies that were chosen with a certain pick last year) (Y)
- why haven't you created Carrick Felix (33rd pick from the Cavs) and Luigi Datome (signed by the Pistons recently) and can you also create Victor Faverani (just signed by the Celtics)?

I've been getting a lot of requests to include players like Luigi Datome (Pistons), Vitor Faverani (Celtics), and Arsalan Kazemi (76ers). As you guys might know, I did add Gal Mekel to the game last week, so it isn't impossible to get your player created. If you would like your missing player created, you must satisfy two conditions:
1) The player must have already been created in a roster somewhere else (FIBA, Euroleague, etc.)
2) The player must have a custom CF (I'll be flexible on this)
You need to then PM me a link to download the necessary roster and cyberface. If you don't follow these steps, I will not include the player. Thanks!

The contracts ARE updated to reflect real contracts. All players have a contract for next year if they are on an NBA team currently, it's just some contracts are not guaranteed. So if a player still has a player option or team option outstanding, the game reflects that. That way if you pick a team in association like the Spurs or Suns and you have to release a player to get your roster size down to 15, you won't be charged anything against the cap. Then, to set the rest of your unguaranteed salaries to guaranteed, just edit the option to "none" in edit player. This was the easiest way I could simulate the events that are still to transpire this offseason.

I re-downloaded everything, finally got it to work. This mod is the _hit. The rookies CF's are spot on. Gameplay is real good. Thx for all the hard work in creating this mod. BTW, Jeff Whithey of the Pelicans and Rudy Gay of the Raps has spots all over their face and bodies. Maybe you can tell whoever did his CF to correct this. Otherwise, great mod. (Y)

The cyberface would have to come from something that's already created. I'm not familiar with all the international mods since I live in the US, but I know a lot of European players have already been created by others.

Example -- somebody was telling me I could find Alex Abrines CF somewhere a FIBA mod. Assuming he was missing (he isn't), you would show me the mod that he came out of and I could download it.

Those black spots usually come from conversion from 2K12 to 2K13. I think someone had already made Withey in 2K12, so they just used his converted face. JMaster12 is planning to release him as one of the next five guys (I think), so this'll be fixed. Rudy Gay has nothing to do with the files you download for NBA365, so it's someone else's cyberface that is doing that. Just look around and try to find one without spots.

I recently started an association using the newest rosters. When I uploaded the draft class (2014 class - Wiggins, etc.) from aderito - all of the cyberfaces were blank. I originally followed all of the steps for installation. Any idea why this is?

Also, I did already install Pack #5. I tried re-installing it, but the faces were still blank.
