I think so. I went back and re-read, didn't realize the textures were from different modders. To get a more unbiased opinion, I'd just put them side by side w/ no names, just V1 and V2.

its hard to make tats lighter and not look like just a mesh of stuff thats why they are dark so you can see it's his actual tats lol but it's a good timmy duncan he's not perferably one of my fav players so i cant tell you if it looks like him or not because i hate him lol

I agree, it's the closest one. I think with v2 you kinda took my advice to literally, like with the eyebrows, it seems like you moved them closer to each other, but then this made the eyebrows on the actual model lose its arc, thus the worried look. So IMO, if you want to release now, v1 is the best, if not, then there's some more work to do
