you are not reading thread frequently? Since january we implemented completely new ratings and what more important tendencies system by slimm, read first post. In two words, ovr means nothing. Simulate season and check Kobe's stats and you will understand how good its working(remember to set correct minutes per game for Kobe). I cant stop laughing when i see questions, quarrels about overalls in other rosters threads- its so amazing naive. Also dont be surprised to see not skilled big guys with higher overalls. Why? Answer is simple, their physically ratings make them high ovr players, but it doesnt mean they will dominate the game- he will be big and strong but still not skilled. Other roster creators set lower mentioned ratings, because they want to be accurate around overalls- which is really really bad and sim wont happen there for sure.

Have one thing, i know many of you probably not using my sliders because of many individual reasons, this is why sliders are most individual part of this game but....
I have a question. When i finally have time to play im choosing random teams. Ofc im trying to enjoy the game etc, but playing is still the best way to check things here and there...so its still more like a job than fun, damn!
Anyway. When im using very good team vs bad team, its little or more than 2easy. Sliders are little 2hard when im playing very bad team vs very good team. Its working very good when teams are on the same lvl. What i was trying to ask you guys, should i lower shooting success with -1 for every range? Very often users choosing good teams, thats why my sliders can be little too easy for many of you, especially vs really bad teams. But im wondering, maybe it should be easier or much more easier when we are playing with Warriors vs Sixers or Knicks, maybe this is how things should work. We shouldnt change sliders only because we want more emotions in games vs terrible teams? Share your thoughts, or run some tests with -1 for every range of shooting success(user).
Im asking only about shooting success because imo other apsects of the game are spot on.

i think you should update your sig regarding link to roster files. now it guides directly to older version of URB. also, on the first page, there are few notes where you mentio UBR v31 and v33. that can cause confusion for some type of users.
