I would go with the second option. To me there is no real point in releasing daily updates.

I think the going to be free agents should be free agents right now and then you can adjust. But what I noticed is for example some players have 2 years for 0 dollars. That is major problem for association.

i cant release all FA into pool, because some teams are full of FA+many of them will sign with same team+we still need players to play the game, there is no fun in playing with 7players rotations right?

One thing is very annoying, i mean VERY annoying, every time when new version of my roster is released i see info on the main page about my roster very rarely, VERY or never. But everytime other roster is released- info is there- with description, photo and who know what else. When im releasing my roster 1st June(for example) and other roster is released 2nd June, info about second roster is always the same day, about my almost never or 3rd June. This is simply VERY unfair. Next thing is even worst.I see info about one cf for 2k15 or 2k14 (modder spend on this day or two probably) and i dont see info about roster created through 2,5years and every new release take me weeeeeeeks or month, then im wondering about intentions. Its nothing big, i can live with this, but for me its pathetic and its easy way to leave this place. So NLSC are we playing Monopoly or what?

You should upload your roster in the downloads section since it's only 35 mb so Andrew will notice. You can let Andrew know, though.

i was uploading ALWAYS in the downloads section, i stopped from v35 because it make no sense.

Ok just checked, last info about my roster......May 5 2015, there was 5 infos about other similar roster since that date. For me its intentionally.

My 1st post on those forums, registered just to point out that there is a bunch of players that have their salaries set to 0$. Like several guys in every team. Contracts are only determined by roster files, right? does that mean that my files are corrupted or anyone else has those issues as well? This may have been explained somewhere in this thread but I can't really wade through all of it, hope you understand.
Thanks for the amazing job you guys are doing by the way, I've been using URB since v18 or something like that. You are a prime example of a great modding community :applaud:

tundra, welcome to the forum :applaud: .....but maaan, please guys(not only you) start thinking before posting(i know it was your first :wink: ) all contracts are accurate, when its 0 it means its 0. It means contract is over but who know what will happen with this player in next few weeks, in most situation he will sign new contract with the same team, he can move to next team but whooooo knows?! I cant remove all 0$ players because it will be hard to set rotations with 5 or 6-7players, what is sense in this kind of roster? All players contracts will be updated when they will start to sign new contracts. Im not wizard, im not using crystal ball, i dont know the future.

It did cross my mind that those 0$ salaries might be a way of indicating an expired contract waiting to be renewed or signed somewhere else, but I wanted to make sure there isn't any funky stuff going on with my files. It's that weird time of the year where I don't know if I should start a new association because of all those upcoming roster changes over the summer :D
Keep up the good work and remember, there is a lot of people out there that anonymously appreciate the work you all put into this - just as I did before I registered today ;)

Quick question... sorry if its already been answered....

But I currently have an association in progress and I would like to get the new rookies in my game. Is this possible without having to start my Association over? I' currently paying URB V27 but those rookies look so sweet! I just don't want to risk messing up my Association.

Please let me know if I insert the new rookies without having to start my season over.

Its not the best time to start asso, its better to choose Ultra Roster, mixed things retro and current,make some fictional fun with this game, check lbj or other current all star in different retro system etc. Great thing are playoffs mode, because game do not switch to stupid default rotations, make some crazy playoff tree with greatest old teams vs current champ or something like this. Next few weeks will be one big sign/trade storm, roster will change every week and day on my laptop.

Well its possible but only with paid version of REDMC because you must have option to load asso file in REDMC. I fully understand your pain, i know it from my own experience :wink:

Well its possible but only with paid version of REDMC because you must have option to load asso file in REDMC. I fully understand your pain, i know it from my own experience :wink:

load my newest 2016 roster in REDMC, select whole players tab, copy/paste into excell, open excell, select players(full rows) from 1330-1423 ID, copy.
Now open your asso file, go bottom of the players tab, create 123 players rows using clone option in REDMC. Paste selected earlier players into. Change all rookies TEAMID to -1 and set IsFA to 1. Now you have all rookies in FA pool of your asso file. This is the safest way.
If you want them in correct teams, you must assign them in game or if you are under control of only one team, you must do it via REDMC. You must leave their TEAMID as they are after pasting from Excell, but you must go to Team tab and assign their ID into team they are in. So for example Okafor will be TeamID 0 and his Player ID 1332 must be in Team tab for Philly by pasting his ID into next free roster spot.
Just try, make a copy and you will not ruin anything.
