@skoadam that's a good news and the licenses divided into categories are also great... What if I only get the license for these 2 functions. Would it be enough if I only want to add certain players like Tmac or Mehmet Okur in FinalURB2015 roster which is not currently included in the roster?

Do we have a compiled URB Roster where all contender/championship teams from different season was included in the base roster just like the default 2K Roster with 97-98 Jazz and other popular teams?

jtrotterj, to be honest, you dont need licensed redmc to do what you want to do. McGrady or Okur must be created first inside FinalURB2015 roster because right now i dont see him in players tab. I dont see Okur also. I dont see them in original 2k roster also. So you must create him in game, assign correct cfid( u can view other retro urb roster to find his cf id easier) and assign him to FA pool(later assign to whatever team you want-inside the game). So you need "only" free version of Redmc. For sure you dont need mentioned features at all.
About second question...something BIG is comming soon.

@skoadam thanks for the additional information, I never thought that I can create a new player then clone the details of the players I want to add using redmc or rozj tools

I'm still getting crashes now in the end of 3rd quarter, was able to solved it by following the solution #2 from this thread http://forums.nba-live.com/viewtopic.php?f=141&t=84896

Solution #2: Always run NBA in High priority. According to BobcatsThunderBulls' testing, this seems to fix the crashes. Remember that you have to do this every time you run the game.

This might be an issue with my system or random bug with 2K so it's safe to assume that the mod or roster has nothing to do with it.

BTW I wanted to redownload URB v27 with 2k15 roster that works on new MyCareer mode... where can I get the link? I've tried searching for it using google but I can't find any links it always redirects me to V31

Mycareer mode files are in progress, i still have old files which was made by Patthehead, but they arent fully updated, after my current project i promise i will take a look to unlock this mode.

che, We need to read about your thoughts, so dont sry for the long post. Maybe slimm can answer your gameplay question, im 2tired Thx for the kind word, i have no doubts 2k13 with this roster is for sure way better than 2k14 ( even modded rosters, sry 2k14 hard working guys ). About inside-outside, bro when inside-outside basketball works? Try to double Shaq(ORL,LAL), Olajuwon, Duncan -or any other big player with good 3pt shooters around- and you will see how deadly Anderson or Scott is. It wont work for 80's, but 1994-2015 will punish you hard when you will try to help inside the paint. Inside-Outside works when your opponent help you "a little".
About inside the paint troubles, remember inside the paint should be around 50%.

Your requests...well, cant say a word about this, just wait and see what future brings

BTW guys remember that slimm force you to finally use defensive matchups/settings. This is sim, you must choose which player you want to be neutralized.

I'm about 10 games into my season with the '04 Wolves (7 min. quarters) and it's great fun. 2k13 is a really good game, most games are competitive and go right down to the wire (I switch between All-Star and Superstar difficulty). Players play to their strengths, It's a nightmare guarding Elton Brand in the post or Kobe on the perimeter. I just played the 04 Lakers on Superstar and they were absolutely unguardable. They have two superstars who you can't guard 1on1 but you also can't double because everyone else is a three point threat. The AI leveraged it well and also hit Shaq for alley-oops and Kobe for open jumpers whenever I wasn't paying attention, cheating off people or scrambling in general. That was the only game I was soundly beaten and I already dread to face them come playoff time.
Here's the one issue I have so far: They didn't run the game through Shaq. He got few touches in the post and scored mostly on garbage dunks & oops.
IIrc most of the real life Laker offense that year started with entering the ball to Shaq for him to make a play depending on what the defense gave him (early, late or no double team). That rarely happend in my game and Shaq was reduced to being Dwight Howard offensively, still threatening but not what he's capable of. I checked his Touch tendency and it's like 10 points lower than Kobe's (who has no problem getting his touches) and only a few points higher than Karl Malone.
I experienced this with other bigs too, Duncan & Dirk weren't seeing too much of the ball either, but somehow Elton Brand was just fine. Maybe if someone gets going early the AI keeps feeding him the ball (adjusting according to performance)?
I know the Touches tendency is based on USG% but maybe that stat doesn't do justice to guys who start the play & also need to be fed the ball first (aka post players) but don't necessarily finish it by making the final shot/pass/TO. I believe Shaq was famous for getting lots and lots of hockey assists, which are plays run through him that don't affect his USG% and therefore his Touch tendency (right?). Maybe first-option post scorers/playmakers need an artificial boost to their Touch tendency? Kobe will still get shots up, even when there are no plays run for him, as the ball will find him when plays break down and the AI goes into freelance mode, I believe that's a reason why wings & PGs shoot more than bigs in this game.
Atm I have to gameplan more for Kobe than for Shaq and that doesn't refclet reality well...

che, quick test for you, please play one game against 94-02 Shaq, i think 03/04 is problematic, because we have Payton, Bryant, Malone and Shaq in one team. Please remember that 03/04 season was the first season for Shaq with -8ppg when you compare with previous seasons. Bryant started to dominate Lakers team.

One thing about mod. This is probably the best sport game mod ever. Gameplay is so much improved and when im comparing this with 2k14 mods(sry UBR fans), my choice is easy- this is for sure real sim.

sko wow I didn't realize how much Shaq fell off production wise that year. He's much closer to Miami Shaq than three-peat Shaq, also his ORTG took a huge dive. I played against 00 Shaq with the Heat and you're right, I only played a few minutes but he got the ball every time down the floor and was killing me, no problem here.
After 12 Games in my 04 season Shaq has a USG% of 20 while Kobe has 28 and Payton 24. In real life (according to your link) Shaq had 26 which seems much more reasonable. With two games left in the season the Lakers are in a five-way-tie for the 7th & 8th seed (my Wolves are 3rd). I'll play around with his touch slider if I get them in the 2nd or 3rd round (hope not ).

Che, the touches tendency is in no way associated with USG. It's actually ((FGAper36+ASTper36)-3PTAper36)x4

This is why Shaq wasn't getting much touches in the games you played in 03-04. Up until that season, he averaged approximately 18-19 FGA per 36 minutes, that season he averaged 14. That's a major drop.

I completely removed and re-installed the 2K13 in my PC... I would like to know guys if you also need to load the URB roster that you use to start a game mode (Asso, CAL) first before you can actually load the Saved game?

I don't have any copy of the previous roster prior to the latest release V31 so I can't test it further if ever it's another creepy bug that I only encounter, I'm really confused if I'm the only one who experienced this or other users already reported about this?

I hope I didn't make you guys mad by reporting this kinda of issues, already spent a couple of days figuring things out but I don't know... it's really creepy there's always another problem after another.

jtrotterj, lol man, ive never heard about this kind of issue, still really want to help you but my ideas are ending. When you removed 2k13 did you removed main game folder manually? Because there is always something left after uninstall. Did you removed NBA 2k13 folder but that folder with Save folder in it?
