I'd love it if you could give Paul George's headshape a try. It's not "terrible" by any means, but his cheeks need more definition instead of the pillsbury doughboy fat cheeks 2k gave him. Slenderize his face a little if you could.

Seems his entire jaw/cheeks are way too large for my liking.

It would be great if you will give Omri Casspi a try

remember guys, this is just a HEADSHAPE edit. Right now i can't even edit CFs because this happens: (it would be great if someone here could help me with this )

Try saving it as DXT1 with no alpha (isn't it there's 2 dtx1 save options there? 1 with alpha and 1 without? I'm using Adobe Photoshop by the way)or if that still doesn't work try your old method and then import it to a 2k12 CF then use the 3DM mod tool to export the arm texture off the 2k12 CF then import it to the 2k13 CF using the 3DM mod tool also... I successfully transferred this 2k10 arm texture/tattoos to that of Rodman's 2k13 using the latter method the tattoo is kinda blurry though...
