skoadam wrote:What u guys think about deleting all stats, so they can build from zero when we start career. Im not able to put all stats, and right now we got stupid situation, because half players got their stats and half not. Additional Its impossible to put all stats, because game wont let put stats before 1992.
id say delete them all and let them build there own bro, thats more fun to ee how things play out.

- 2001/2002 roster: is it just me or zendon hamilton's (denver) head and body skin tone are a little bit different (head is lighter than body)?
Sun Sep 22, 2013 12:34 am
MadbaLL, zendon looks ok for me, but i know what you are talking about. I can only fix legs tone, so if u notice legs tone bug in any roster inform me, other i will be ignoring because its unfixable for me.

So I've been playing a 92/93 season for a bit, and noticed a few bugs. The main thing is that in most of the modded-in old arenas, the shot clock zoom is off when it starts counting down. It's clearly off-center, and in some arenas you can make it out, but in most it's unreadable. (Houston and Seattle, to take two examples).
Speaking of Seattle, there are a few bugs with the team that I think can be cleared up. Right now, it looks like y'all have taken the Thunder and pasted Seattle skins over it, but some problems shine through--the announcers rarely say "Seattle," the crowd chants "O-K-C!", and the mascot is the Thunder mascot. Those can be fixed by pasting the arena/jerseys over the 95-96 Sonics team included in the game--I played an Association with them in it once, and the announcers usually said the name, and the chants weren't wrong, etc. (if that's out of your current ability, I can probably do it once I get Reditor working, have ordered some licenses)

open roster in reditor and find zendons cf id.
open cf iff in 3dm tool
export face as dds
open dds in gimp or other photo editing program (dds plug-in needed)
change color hue by adding saturation and making him darker
export as dds (dxt5 compression)
import in 3dm tool
replace iff in game folder
jaosming has tutorial vids in the tutorials forum

I was not checking those things, so its all default nbatak's sets.
for sure we cant change crowd, other will be changed in next version.
Sun Sep 22, 2013 7:59 pm
Even the crowd noise should still be pasteable from the in-game Sonics team, but I'll test that myself before I go too far out on a limb.

i noticed the same things like @arkaeyn, but i thought it's not fixable.
@portlandblazer
i don't have reditor + i never worked with that tool.
Sun Sep 22, 2013 9:46 pm

you only need the free version to find the cf id. just sort by first name to find zendon then scroll over to cf id. thats all you need to do with the program. i would look it up for you but i dont have the 2002 roster. i could probably just fix the arms for you but im trying to finish up work on 98 roster and figured i could teach you to fish rather than give you a meal and you can fix other stuff on your own in the future. its really not very difficult or time consuming and the more people that know how to edit, the better product we have.

@portlandblazer
thanks buddy, that was very kind from you, but save your time for '98 roster

@skoadam
*2000 roster:
- new jersey nets alternate (grey one) jersey needs to have v-neck style collar, like this:

(note: this is also how it should look like for upcoming '99 roster)
- is it some sort of bug with jaimy feick (new jersey nets) eyebrows or it's just the way someone made his CF?
*2002 roster: - new jersey nets alternate (grey one) jersey needs to have v-neck style collar, like this:

(note: this is also how it should look like for 2005 roster)
- alonzo mourning headshape above forehead - can you use same head shape from 2000 roster for him?
Tue Sep 24, 2013 6:40 am
MadbaLL, in 2005 grey jersey got vneck, zo will be updated(i dont like this shape 2), feick is all we got, so for now we dont have better cf of him

All right, fixing the crowd noise for the Sonics/Thunder was fairly easy in Reditor. The Arena currently has an audio setting of 24, which I assume is the Thunder. Switching that to -1 gives the arena the default sound, so the crowd chants "DE-FENSE" etc instead of "O-K-C"
Tue Sep 24, 2013 8:28 am
arkaeyn, strange because i got the same sets for sonics, maybe u download some old roster, or i did not update.
Tue Sep 24, 2013 8:42 am
I'm using the 92/93 roster from last week, I think, and just checked the Sonics Coliseum.

My friend is having strange issues. Jersey textures have no logos on it and also Hornets court is black when he wants to play Baron Davis in Creating a Legend.
Wed Sep 25, 2013 6:26 am
Which roster. Show some pics
Wed Sep 25, 2013 7:55 am
No shirts on newest roster for example clippers, and no court for 2005 roster.

Wed Sep 25, 2013 8:09 am
No shirts, but which? home away? or christmas? if its christmas(or alternate if we talk about clippers) u must download it manualy or game shoud download this, because its original part of game. Home and away must work, there is no other option or you are using cracked nba2k13
I have no idea how i missed hornets court, i will update later part 7 zip file, so all u have to do is redownload part 7.
Wed Sep 25, 2013 5:58 pm
Link with updated part7 in first post.

Here's another little bug I've noticed with the 92/93 roster:
The Nets' players are often called by the current Nets players names by the announcers. So Sam Bowie gets called Andre Blatche, Kenny Anderson gets called Deron Williams, etc.
I think that's because their AudioID_M field wasn't changed. Most players have been, either to a generic one (which is 0, and works just fine) or to one which is close to their real name--like Dale Davis of the Pacers gets called Baron Davis, which is fine.
This affects all of the Nets' starters (Anderson-Petrovic-Morris-Coleman-Bowie) and at least a few of the reserves (Brown gets called Bogans) and should be pretty easy to fix.
Wed Sep 25, 2013 9:22 pm
i disagree...
it's better that player has no callname at all (if he cannot have correct one), than having a wrong one or from another player (example with dale davis/baron davis).
