umm dunno yet. I can't find the missing players. I think 2k aren't making them yet same with other roster makers.

You understand how inherently "unrealistic" that is, right? Just because Danny Granger has been limited by injuries this season, doesn't mean that he suddenly forgot how to shoot 3s and chucks up bricks like a stocky Center. Also, it's very likely during any point in his career that Danny Granger has only made 2 out of 10 randomly selected shots. Additionally, it's extremly unlikely that Terrence Williams will continue shooting at the best clip from 3Pt for the remainder of the season. Think of it this way, if you entered Steph Curry and Terrence Williams into the 3 point contest, who would score higher the majority (or nearly all) of the attempts? Definitely not Terrence Williams.

Same with Steve Nash being 80 at passing, just because Kobe is the primary ballhandler and Nash's assist numbers have dropped doesn't mean that he's become an average passer. Your roster may be fine if playing now under the premise of "just today," but if someone wanted to start an Association, the numbers would be wildly flawed. Now don't get me wrong, I like what you've done with adjusting the potential of the players -- but your roster needs to take into account other factors that go beyond the 5 big box score stats.

Another thing to mitigate these problems is to "injure" the players through the roster editor that are performing much worse than average due to injury, team roster spot situation (like Nash), etc. That makes it unlikely that Danny Granger will perform well this season, but gives him a fighting chance to regress to the mean the next season.

EDIT -- Also don't mean to overreact, I just want another roster to replace Alby's while we wait for his hiatus to be over just like you!
