i discovered another issue with 99/00 mod. when loaded, classic teams' players have messed up names.

just to let you know

yes i know about this, but this is price of adding so many new players. But if u want to use classic teams u got 2014 roster or just wait about 2months and u will be able to use this classic teams in asso mode hahaha.
and dont forget u got already 30 "classic" teams in 99/00 mod.

i thought this issue is only related to retro mods.

Because i add previous draft picks(2k in november released roster with 20 rookies lol)+about 30 additional players+some classic teams players and now i add 60 new rookies. Still cant understand why roster file is limited with numbers of players... really stupid move 2k.
I will try to fix it in next version...its not a big problem, u can do it via reditor, just put correct name and surname.


2004/05 is almost finished, im stuck with Phoenix but all other team rosters are finished. So i need two more days for rotations and courts/jersey assignments. Jeez that was quick.

My career? hmm but i think the problem is that u want to play with 2013/14 season roster, but the game still "thinks" that rookies are Lillard, Anthony, Waiters and others. If u start your career with 12/13 roster there will be no crashes. This is how i see this.

Good to know, still dont understand why it crashes, but i will not search for fix because i got better things to do. I even did not test it. Anyway, still i dont understand what for u guys want to start career mode with 13/14 when game still recognize rookies from 2012. See no sense.

To the point, which season was the last one with short shorts. I always remember it was season 98/99 but im old and those picture make me little confused.

Well, like always i must check by myself is your problems are real. So i check spend useless 30minutes for first game, talking with GM's, draft, to be sure that everything works fine. NO CRASH on my side. Maybe just shut down internet and try again. My roster no causes crashes in career mode.

Well, its strange. When i load 98/99 in 2k12 i see short shorts. Im watching right now game from january 99 with lakers and Kobe wearing short shorts, so its seems like UBR 2k12 is accurate.
So really dont know what to do with this.
I fixed all jerseys collars, will release this today, but im not sure collars are 100% accurate, but i will be open to fix what will be wrong.

I would LOVE at 97/98 Mod that we could play MyCareer or Accociation on.

Asso is playable in all of my rosters. 97/98 maybe who knows, if i will see more posts, not just leechers.
MyCareer i dont know, because i dont know is there possibilty to change rookies to be accurate. I think we always will have to watch rookies from 2012 draft.

just please don't tell me it's 96/97 (he had short haircut that season) or something above 2000 (i don't remeber seeing lakers play with those jerseys before last cuople of years during classic nights).

also 97/98 is a must have mod with all rosters that contain classic teams. there shouldn't be any doubts whether to add it or not

Im shocked, right now im updating ratings for 04/05, very often i look into UBR from NBA 2k12. Im shocked.
LBJ 92 overall, DWade 92, Carmelo Anthony 91. LOL, and this is only the begining of mistakes in ratings.
In their second year they are Jordan lvl in his 5-6 year. Haha. My sets 85, 87, 85...still in my opinion to high.
I must look closer into ratings so it take little more time, but it will be helpful in upcomming rosters.

Hello, I am not sure if this is possible, or if this may have already been done, but I was wondering if it would be possible to have Percy Miller (Master P) as a free agent in a couple of the season mods...mainly this would be for the 1999-00 season mod, and possibly the 1998-99 if it is made later. I know that he never made an actual NBA roster, but he was at least with training camps for the Hornets and Raptors, and actually played in a pre-season and summer league games for both teams I believe. Might be kinda cool to have him available as a free agent in those season mods, if it hasn't already been done. Just throwing it out there, not sure if anyone else may have thought of this.
