Also, I'm not sure what it is, but it appears in the team video of the jersey preview they have a logo in the center of the waistband of the pants like the pelicans uniforms. It may be the logo of the ball with the rays, i'm not sure.

The Lakers will also be adding a black jersey to their uniform rotation next season, according to a league source. The alternative uniform will be part of the league's city pride series, joining the Detroit Pistons' upcoming "Motor City" uniforms and the Portland Trail Blazers' "Rip City" set, but unlike the others, it will still say "Lakers" across the chest. The lettering and numerals will appear in purple with gold outlines and the rest of the jersey material will be primarily black, with some gold accents, the source said. It will not have sleeves, the source added.

The jerseys are looking great, the only thing is that the collars are too round...actual collar looks to be more V-shape

Is it possible to lighten the blue jersey just a tad? Just seems really dark...

Thanks King! After reading through the recent post, the blue that you are previewing on the Suns alternate jersey would be perfect for the Piston's alternate; the blue from Pepsi's preview would look great on your Sun's alternate jersey...

Tha King, Comparing to the colors in the away uniform link in my prior post, your violet and orange seem a little too dark. Hope that helps answer your question about the colors.
