So did you make the software/tool that transfers the CF/textures that you made into the game?
Did you make the textures from scratch and did not use the game's original textures as base?
Did you make the head shapes from scratch without using any of the game's original head shapes as base?

If the answer to any of that is 'YES' then you used other people's work and you're not as good as you think you believe yourself to be.

In fact , his purpose is simple and clear that the picture of product is added:based on urh28's texture to modify by The King only.

I'm pretty sure the game's license agreement doesn't allow modification of the game's files without permission from 2K so whatever is urh28's rights are with regard to patching/modding the game is nonexistent since he's infringing on his agreement with 2K, an agreement we all agreed to since we were able to install the game.
As to why 2K is letting us monkeys modify their game despite our own reasons and their 'legal rights' is a different discussion itself.

I think you may misunderstand Mr.Urh28's points.

As a normal patcher, who can create cfs without any original texture or head shapes from game?
He doesn't like use texture/head shapes which revised by another patcher, due to he'd prefer trust himself.
Of course, Mr.Urh28 once cooperated with some senior patcher who he trusted for creating some cfs.

Going back to time, Mr.Urh28 once worked at NLSC during NBA Live2008 period, and continue to creating and open releasing here over a year.
then continue to creating and open releasing at chinese forum during NBA 2K9,2K10,2K11 periods.
I just wana say Mr.Urh28 as a senior patcher, I am sure he is not a miserly men. but due to many many stolen issues, insults,etc. he wouldn't open share his cfs any more.

I just wana you can know more about Mr.Urh28, after all, I have a lot of respect for him. I hope he can get basic respect such as other senior patchers at NLSC as well.

Alright, I'm well and truly fed up with this childish nonsense, so I'm making an executive decision.

Since urh28 doesn't want his work used under any circumstances unless it meets his standard, I've deleted the file. It's gone. Any links to it will be dead. It is not available anymore. It's over with. It's a disappointing stance for any modder to take but if that's the way it is, then so be it. That's urh28's choice, so that's how it's going to be.

Having said that, the drama ends now. No more posting off-topic in this thread. No more harrassing Tha King to apologise for someone else's actions, for which he is in no way responsible. No more demanding apologies, period. This has gone on way too long, getting far too silly, petty and childish for anyone to bear. As I said before, squabbles like this are a blight on an otherwise talented and passionate modding community and we're sick of seeing them.
