First of all, your work is still amazing.

Second, I don't think any of us knew you were still creating CFs for 2k13. How were we suppose to know when you disappeared? I honestly thought you retired.

Third, not everybody knows Chinese/Mandarin. Even if we use Chrome translation, it's not easy to access that website. I still don't know if you made your work available or not for downloading.

Fourth, if you're not going to share your work, at least let other modders convert your previous work. Whether you like it or not is irrelevant. Most of us are grateful that some modders take their time to convert your previous work. As I mentioned before, once you abandoned this forum, it's just unreasonable for you to barge in now and start a controversy.

Fifth, if you feel like your reputation is being tarnished, provide us a link to your current work. This is a very simple solution. If you feel like some people are stealing your work, report them to the NLSC moderators, and those people will be banned.

Lastly, If you don't want to share your work with us why even bother coming in here and create a drama out of the blue?? This kind of immature behavior is actually ruining your reputation.

We use English in Nlsc,
and we use Chinese in our Forum,

2K13's light and shadow effect is not the same with the previous,
if you convert 2K11(or 2K12)'s CF to 2K13 without any modification,
the effect will be terrible.
In real life I'm an art teacher,

我要求的只是Tha King不要再把"urh28"標示在他移植的作品上。
Tha King如果要移植我過去公開釋出的舊作品，
作者的部份請他標示他自己"Tha King"，
並註明以我的舊作品為基礎修改，
而不是直接標示作者是"urh28"，
這樣會讓網友誤會我製作面補的技術退步了、會影響我的名譽。
你們覺得我為什麼2K13仍然要做那些我過去在2K9、2K10、2K11、2K12曾經做過的球員？
就是因為我那些以前的作品如果純粹移植到賽場光影完全不同的2K13來，

The sheer amount of childishness and ego being displayed here is a blight on our talent modding community. On behalf of the entire NLSC Staff, we are absolutely fed up with dealing with these petty, childish squabbles.

This is our current stance on permissions and conversions:

Our recommendation to everyone, for a friendlier and more productive community, is to allow conversions as long as credit is given...especially if you're not going to be releasing work for another version of the game or releasing your updated work here. It is, however, a good idea for the person making the conversions to ask for permission first, whenever that is possible. If there is a problem, if someone doesn't want their work converted for whatever reason even if full credit is given, that's a regrettable and disappointing stance for them to take, but if that's the case then removing their work is the appropriate course of action.

This has gone on long enough, with several infractions that wander into the grounds of an immediate ban. If the public fuss, posting in languages other than English and everything else does not stop, it will be permanent bans all around for the folks breaking those rules.

Brothers, Friends, Buddies please stop insulting each other, hope this is enough. I already gave my sorry to Urh28, and I hope he i accepted it. For the record i always give credits to all of the CF that i converted, but Urh28 doesn't like the way i give credits, so i will just change the way it is. That is the issue in here, That would be much easier to me to do, no need to wrote the name of the makers, I will just wrote their names on the description. For those who's on my sides thank you for that, maybe you're thinking I'm being a pussy here, no I'm not I just know the feeling of you're works being stolen or ruin by others.
