I use Gimp...
for ricreate the TNT logos based on real TNT screens I use 2 programs, decomposed the logo in single parts...and added multiple filter effects on each parts....and used my artistic abilities with aerograf and other effect....

it's impossible to Add or remove, you can only change the position. but maybe it possible to use the 2k12 as a base, it has the ncaa lines I remember

the 2k are a mass of scoundrels, have you see the Portland court??...come on, are you kidding me?...have the same look of 2009...

I had to bump this to say how awesome these logos are Sixer. It kinda sucks though that the game uses that cappy fade effect on the logos in the menus so you can barely see them, nevertheless they look awesome.
