Using RED MC Does the "IsSPECIAL tab" under TEAM being set to 1 (instead of 0) cause crashing problems?

i have no idea, but this is very good question. I see 85 roster is set to 1 for nonexisting teams. I will ask Vlad and i must ask Pathehead why he set to 1.

So, my original problem of '85 crashing I think I have fixed. I must've tweaked something and not realized it. 12 seasons in and everything working fine. I just quit messing with that isSpecial and started from what you finalized. If I changed anything it was Jerome Kersey age and that was about it for most part.

Guys great news, sazer77 just send me another 7 full hd retro courts for 93 roster, so we need 6 more to have great quality courts for retro roster, i think first time ever haha, i will post some screens soon, really amazing job by sazer

Okay, I lied. 1985 roster isn't working correctly in association. It crashes after all-star game in March in 2019, in crashes at all star weekend in 2017 frequently. Not sure what is causing this. I am using the original file from you, Skoadam. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

Stildo33, Ok man i spend almost hour, simulate asso using 91 roster. I get to 2025/26 season and then CTD. So its 13 seasons, im really tired with finding where is the problem. I think its something all star game, all star voting, all star teams + something with deadline. Did you check asso without deadline? I think its similar with 1985 because i see you get to 2019 which means 6 years different between 2025 and 1985 and 1991. Maybe its one of the 2k issue?

2000 roster

- paul pierce's cf has different skin tone than rest of the body (cf should be like body, not the opposite);

- lamar odom should be totally bold;

- l.a. clippers have wrong jerseys, the should have the same like in 98 and 99 mods (http://www.sportslogos.net/logos/view/f ... me_Uniform)

Skoadam - Okay, I agree with your findings. I feel your pain on the simming as I've spent about 12 hours simming through associations myself if not many more!

I have tried it turning off the trade deadline. Same results. However, I did do what I normally do when I play an association - I always save it 3 times after I complete a game and then save it after a season for a 4th time (and every seasons following it). I was able to sim the 1985 season 11-12 times and it CTD 1-2 times. However, I was saving 3 copies of it after a season was done. When that happened, i just reloaded a diff save file and it continued to sim accordining. I stopped after 12 seasons so I hope this is the fix. NBATAK says he hasn't had a CTD issue doing it this way but does if he just sims all the way through year after year.

Could the fix be really be this simple? Just save it more often?

Well i never sim game when playin asso, so after every match game autosave, and what more funny until your finds and info i noticed those issues but only when i sim match after match. I dont believe this is solution.

also atlanta hawks most of the time used this court design at georgia dome in 97/98 and 98/99 seasons, and not the one currently used in URB. this one was also in nba live 98 and 99:

are u crazy? like i was mention several times, even with way better roster i have no chance to compete with ubr, most users are so amazing blind for some things so, no i will not release anything for 2k14(for sure not without slimm44) in my previous post i was talking about ubr today release.

Did u ever ask yourself, damn why skoadam need so much time to release one roster? Hawk release his 44 seasons in month. For sure almost single skoadam&portlandlazer are lazy, and Hawk and his huge army are gods. Hope u will find accurate numbers, ratings, tendencies, salaries in 2k14 section and for sure non arcade gameplay. This is why i used words- blind users, but im sure i should add...ahh nevermind. EOT discussion with you.

Without properly done tendencies, salaries, accurate ages, signature shots/moves and draft classes you will never feel right experience of playing association mode, especially retro seasons.

Cant wait for 86/87, i remember how much new energy i found after your great 92/93 roster was released- still my top priority roster before 97/98. Hope this time will be the same haha U dont need some help?
