Having trouble with Rookies in san/lakers92's latest roster

Hi guys, I downloaded the latest roster (Latest 2K Official Roster plus Rookies and Trades) uploaded by san, apparently done by Lakers92.

My issue is this: whenever I look at the roster, I see that the portraits of the majority of the rookies (beyond maybe the first 10 picks) are just jerseys. When in game, they only have white arms and are missing heads and sometimes legs. I've installed all official updates to the game with online data and shoes. When copying the files from the roster zip, I took files out of the cyberfaces folder and placed them into the main installation directory.

Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong?

First, this doesn't belong here, you should've asked in san's thread.

Second, his roster was authorized by me, but I have nothing to do with it. I don't really know what problem you're asking about, so ask in his thread.

Remember -- don't post in releases and previews unless you have a mod to release or preview.
