I have also tried to improve eyes, no luck....
But my experience was, that something has to be done also with texture 932 (eye AO)...
And seems that texture 1080 is reflecting in the iris....

i give your global mod eyes a try and i must say it is not good at all..although i do appreciate the effort you put into this mod...the skin tone is very nice but the eyes on the player look to very VERY strange..they eyes look like it going to pop out there socket and it looks very cartoonish giving the players a creepy look to them..if you consider making a v2 maybe you could improve the eyes a bit more..but overall nice try!

The white part of the eye should be just a tad bit whiter & the colours should be more definitive but darker at the same time.. Other than that this is already miles ahead of 2k's eyes imo..
