Yes, i cant wait for this stuff. You cut potential to 74? We know how history of some players looks,some top ten from draft classes gone. I think top stars from draft classes should get 74, next solid players maybe 70-72 and worstest 68-69. But its your decision (Y)

In my roster or generally for me, most important thing is rotations, but please understand one thing, there is no chance i can give Anderson some minutes because hes still on 10day contract. He can left Miami quicker than u think. Remember that other users of my roster want to start asso and what? they get Anderson with 8-10minutes thru whole season? hope u guys understand that rotations is so important and we cant just manipulate minutes because it causes bad stats.

wolves: i dont know who is he but number 20 of the wolves has a left hand padded arm sleeve white black home and away
pistons:dramond with doube padded arm sleeve home and away
blazers: lillard long hexpad both legs white black home away

It dosent have the updates that I want from V5 though.. (vanwolfhawk's playbooks, slimms edits, updated rating, latest sig animations, body muscles update,shoes) I'd like only an opening day roster with those.. is it possible?

I found one mistake :). Tristan Thompson is 2.06 m tall and not 2.03 m as in your roster... Its a 2k mistake I believe...

i got one request for you, can you repack your retro jersey, i dont want to copy your work in my thread, but it will be nice to add your great jersey into retro roster. 2k jersey are so bad. or if u dont have time im just waiting your permission to do it myself. problem for now(without reditor) is that every roster need a little different pack of jersey if you know what i mean. hope you finish all teams soon (Y)

still no, its hard and long editing job, hope i will find some additional time to add this important part of 2k13

edit:I found major issue with 2007 roster V2, so please if some1 want to start asso just hold on. After adding Podkolzin into FA pool we meet 2k biggest issue, limit of created player. I must fix it, because we have big mess in Raptors roster right now.

Where did you get your Aron Baynes cyberface? And what is portrait ID for Interim Coach Lindsey Hunter are you using? I copy the 284 like what you used but it appear headless and armless in the game so it mean i dont have the CFID for Hunter.

Some mistakes I found in 2007 roster.
Baron Davis has a very low dunk att and no dunk & layup packages
Kinsey should be 22 yo and not 27 and he doesn't dunk too.

update only one version, i will copy/paste your work into other version, dont worry (Y)

good find, i dont know about this Kinsey issue, i always find bug with him in earlier versions, but thx it will be fixed. (Y)

Anyway skoads I think you should stop doing the retro seasons now. I think REDitor will probably be released within 30 days. Anyway, I think we should team up to create the Ultimate Base Roster for 2K13. You creating the retro seasons why I make the actual base roster. I'm good with ratings and data analysis so I think getting accurate ratings for the players during those seasons will be pretty easy. I never really wanted to work on anything related to your rosters before because we didn't have REDitor back then and I respect your work as your own roster patch.

i stop doin retro because of issue with limited created players and wait until reditor(hope it helps), anyway, i want invite u months ago to colaborate with URB as a project, i feel real good in all trades/player roles/rotations stuff. When reditor show ups, it will be great if u can take care of ratings and adding retro teams to current roster, what u do now but with logos/jersey and all that stuff. We can meet problems with different version of roster file we use and we must discuss about other features and find some compromise, what u think?

HAWK23's team withdrew from converting UBR from 2K12 to 2K13 which opens up the window for us. I actually feel that we will need to redo the retro season rosters when REDitor comes out because the teams will be assigned new courts and stuff. When REDitor comes out, any roster can probably be the base (mine is really good because it's Nov10 which has the player names announced correctly) because your retro seasons are really the strong side of your roster patches. Redoing the retro seasons will probably be a LOT easier with REDitor. Anyway I think we should stack up on resources now. (Jerseys, Cyberfaces, Courts, and Stadiums)

I hope we get some support on this.

Courts are already done, jersey almost in 100%....like always biggest problem is cfs. I have no time to look for some tutorial how to convert from 2k12 to 2k13, but biggest problem is that i dont have time even if i know how to convert. But base of cfs is still growing, we got some great patchers in tha house :wink:

i must be tired i read "portrait id".
ofc it have nothing to do with cf. Damon Jones original cf id is 30, u probably use other roster which overwrite his face or u didnt download missing cfs from first post. I double check, Damon Jones cf is in missing cfs pack with png0030.

My game also crashes after installing the last URB v5 and I am pretty sure it is the damn shoe pack because courts and CFs work fine... It happens to me when it's 3 minutes left in the 1st quarter, in Assoc mode (game 3 at Orlando if that matters). I played over and over and it is always there, the game just crashes.

Also, I am a retro fan and I was starting playing with the 2006/2007 2.1 roster when I found out many players are being referred to with number by the announcer instead of their name - which they call in later versions (2007/2008 and so on), so I guess there are many errors as such in that pack. Thank you for your contribution skoadam but as everybody else said I think you should have a rest and continue fresh :wink:

Hey skoadam, if you are interested I made some personal edits before starting my association last night that you can use for a future base if you'd like. Basically I went through each roster and lowered the potential ratings on a lot of teams, did some position edits, and overhauled the tendencies on some guys that weren't correct (Yao had the tendencies of a guard for example, T-Macs shot tendency had him only scoring 12ppg, Luke Ridnour was putting up 20ppg etc.)

Let me know if that would be useful to you.

Haha, I know the feeling from when I edited EVERY player in 2K11 from 1996 to present and completely modified my association game to give it more realism! Good job and we hope to see those changes in the roster file soon. :applaud:

Guys guys guys, one thing, year ago in january or february u have no chance to play different season than current. Please understand one thing, right now u are able to play 6 seasons(even 7/8 with ego draft classes) all with accurate rotations, all players with portraits and cfs, personal info,positions,team roles and in my opinion with accurate ratings.
The base BUG in 2k13 are tendencies, this one thing causes so many bad things, included most important- gameplay and stats.
I never said my retro rosters includes tendencies...so until i will update this thing we never see accurate stats. The best way is to play one match with URB V5 and after this play one game withany previous season rosters. The difference is HUGE, sliders cant help- its tendencies. URB 5.0 give personally feel that i play sim of nba game. Retro give some kind of arcade space jam match with no pace of game.
There are many bugs like u mentioned SC1211, and there will be many bugs in future for sure. Week ago i try to back and play 2k12(i cant, animations kill me, even gameplay) with some of retro roster from UBR and i see so many bad sets there and its version 34 or 35, year after release of game,not 3months, but i understand this, it is normal.
I will contact u SC1211 if i feel that i cant make it, please inform me about every issue u meet and i will try to update this.

I always play with PHX, my fav team since 1993 (btw, I like Marcin Gortat a lot!). :wink: I remember 2 players with this issue of numbers instead of their name in the announcement: Sean Marks and Marcus Banks. But there were players on the opposing team in the same situation, can't remember who they were (one was O'Bryant). I will try to reinstall the game and apply the roster pack without the shoes update and maybe my game won't crash no more.

I think u must apply shoe patch, because if not, the some shoes cant show up, because files missing- but u can try.
U trying with deleting shoe files from online data folder?
All players u mention about are created one, so maybe this is the reason.

I deleted everything in the online data folder but no result, the game was still crashing. And yes, I understand what you say about how tendencies affect the game engine this year. This is also the reason why the best sliders so far (Eccentric Meat's :!: ) apply only to the last version of URB which has adjusted tendencies for each player I guess.

Yeah I wasn't complaining or anything, was just offering my file in case you wanted to use it or look at it. As we've all said, major props for all the work you've done, I just wanted to offer up a partial fix of some of the bigger issues. Not a big deal if you don't want it, just a friendly offer.

ok i checked, start asso with phoenix, simulate first two games against GSW and DET, and play half game with ORL. No crashes.
One thing is clear, it must be something with Magic team(some player without shoe, and causes crashes when start from bench). First thing, go to rosters of Magic, and try to edit every player, if u get no crashes it can be only some player in Phoenix roster which causes the crashes.

its not about i dont want to, sure pack them all and send it, i will look in free time.
i just affraid that u add some players, or make some trades, all small changes causes changes in team roles, rotations and if u create some players u can easily duplicate players. For example, nbatak working with 06/07 and adding salaries, he want to add one free agent, and when he did that, he delete one player from Toronto, and duplicate created player.
please understand i find so many bugs working on roster file, 2k fucks up again.
if u sure u did not trying to add some players please send me your files.
