They shouldn't, if everyone has followed this thread here (great idea).
Mine CFIDs begin at 7600 (totally random and miles away from any other CFIDs in either direction)

Even then it's hard to know how dramatically those ratings affect a player's development. I play 82 game seasons so it takes a while to be able to tell.
