Jersey Conversion Problem :-(

Sorry to bother you guys but I'm having huge problem converting 2k12 jerseys files to 2k13. I just want to import Knicks 2k12 jersey to 2k13 (into a retro uni). Here's what I'm doing:

- I'm using the last 3DM Tools
- I extract 4 DDS Textures (2 color textures and 2 green textures for shorts and jersey) from 2k12 uniform
- I import them into a retro 2k13 jersey

unfortunately jersey look all messed up :



any help? can somebody convert those jersey fo me? or just point me into the right direction?

be sure you are using the last version of 3DM Mod Tool
there was an issue where the tool was not importing mip maps

try to open the DDS file in photoshop or gimp and then save it again as DDS DXT5 then import the file using 3DM that should fix it
