Black spots on body

How to avoid black spots on bodies? I get this after I convert faces from NBA 2k12. I've tryed to use skin texture from other players but black spots still remains...

wrong DXT format on your dds file, re convert dds file or png to dds with right DXT parameters

arms = DXT1 1bit
face = DXT5 8bit
