List of coaches

Im looking for list of all coaches included in nba 2k13, i need their numbers to use in Leftos Editor.

But they dont fit 2k13, or i doin it bad.
For example. I need to put Van Gundy into Magic stuff. I open Leftos editor. Go to teams, find Magic team and what should i put? What value.

in 2k13 is rather numbers from 1 to 200 ,when i pput 5010 i get crash. Why in the hell there is no Phil Jackson in Bulls 90's...2k are u dumb?

Sadly, 2K has no rights no Phil since he had already retired. 2K11 had him since he was an active coach for the Lakers. NBA still has his rights. Put in mind that 2K and NBA has the deal - not each and every coach or player. Chuck Daly could've been on the Dream Team as coach though he died on 2004. So there might be some problems with coaches. See? No Red Auerbach on 64-65 Lakers.
