PM's Won't Leave Outbox

I'm having an issue sending PM's. When I type in the message, then hit send, the message appears in the outbox and won't send. I have tried numerous times with the same result. Obviously I can't PM an admin or anything so does anyone have any ideas on what to do?

It doesn't leave the outbox until the recipient reads it. Try sending me one.

Yep, nothing to fix and nothing more you need to do. You just need to wait patiently for the other person to log in and read their messages.
