I just wanted to know if it is possible to get JUST ARM TATS from the hi-res releases I've seen on here? I don't really want the neck or chest tats. I've found some amazing designs on here and ModdingWay, but they come with neck as well! Anybody have any advice?

Then just import the arm tattoos, don't use those other one's, plain and simple.
