All Roster Editor support questions should be posted in the appropriate release thread; you'll find answers to common questions there too. Please note however that Leftos himself can't provide support for the tool, as he's on the 2K development team now.

Since it may be a quick answer, you do need the latest version of .NET Framework for the tool to work
