Player 5 profile keeps loading when I play in association

I don't know where or what happened to my original Profile (Player1) but for some reason I can't get it back. Can anyone help?

It has something to do with your controller or keyboard. What do you use?

I'm using a Xbox 360 controller. What do you think I need to do?

It usually happens when your controller gets disconnected when the game is open or you only plug in your controller when the game has already loaded and the game has saved the settings.

Before loading the game plug in your controller.
Make sure the top left quadrant is lighted on the controller.
Load the game.
Go to the controller settings to see which controller profile is active.
if it's the right profile change something in the settings then revert it back just so the game will save it when you go back to the home screen.
Load your association.
Check the controller settings inside association if the right controller profile has been retained.
If it is, save your association.

THanks shadowgrin. this just started happening to me too.

What's important is to make sure the controller has 'loaded' before you load the game or in the case of the 360 controller the top left quadrant is lighted before you load the game or during the game when you plug back in the controller if it happens to get disconnnected.
