NBA 2kx mod tool help

Ok, I can open the mod tool successfully and open up .iff files just fine, but when I export and try to Import back In I get this error message. Any Help?

looks like its not the mod tool itself. its having trouble with the file....is the file a read only? or maybe it could be corrupted somehow...what app u using to make these files?

try moving the file

Moved it to Desktop and It worked
