Hair Texture Color problem

To those pro Cf maker i need help in changing his hair color to the exact color i export .. i don't know why the color of his hair didn't change as the exact color i export. i already did some of other people recommendation like save the hair dds file as 8.8.8.8 rgba 32bp unassigned and still ..
and also saving the file as dtx 5 .. import then export and import again but still :l
