Online Data problem

I just notice this yesterday when I start NBA 2K13 and everything is fine until it try's loading the online data then my game would crash back to the desktop. So I tried saving all the files I downloaded since the game came out and reinstall the game, and I notice where the save file is, the online data folder was empty (I think to myself that's weird O well). So I start the game again with all the original file and saw the my player screen (Cool so far) and after that I was expecting to see all the new 2K updates shoes, courts, etc. but nothing WTF!!!! ..... Please can anyone give me some feed back on this issue. Thanks
