We haven't received the last few updates, however it hasn't explicitly been stated that we won't receive any more official updates.

maybe next year we can't have nba 2k13 on pc..thats sad....there starting to ignore us pc users...

Well you could go here. It's the April 27 update but it includes the same updates except the new shoes. Someone managed to take it off the Xbox 360 roster, but it's still unofficial.

Excellent news, though it's a shame we're still waiting on the official patch v1.02. Still, it's good to hear that the roster updates are at least resuming.
