Triple Monitor

has anybody been able to patch a fix for triple monitor use? whenever I run on 5760x1080 resolution on nvidia surround on three monitors.the image is distorted, its like zoomed in a bit and I can't see the basket and only see part of the court. I saw a fix for nba 2k12 somewhere a while ago, but I would like to know if it's possible on nba 2k13, and which file to edit to make it work. on nba 2k12 I think it was a camera hack on the nosebleeds camera to make it zoom out more to show the whole court.
