Can you download mods for the XBOX 360?

I love looking at these mods, and I have an 8GB flash drive, and that Winrar thingy, but I don't know the first thing about modding. Like seriously no clue. Could anyone help?

I'll never say no. But I'd be surprised if the answer wasn't no currently.

answer is no, unfortunately.
IF we could somehow get the xbox game to load the files, we would still need to figure out the iff file format for the xbox.....which we dont know.
there are Rosters you can download though, but they have to be made specifically for the xbox
