Experienced slow motion in my NBA 2k13 please help me.. my FPS is like maximum of 13...
Computer Specs is:
-Windows 7 32 bit
-Dual core 3.00GHz
-Directx 11
-4g RAM
-GeForce210 2G

Please help me

Are all your drivers up to date? Do you have any resource hungry programs running in the background?

Yes all drivers are up to date... When i was using windows xp sp3, 2k13 run so smoothly but after reformat my pc and install windows 7 32bit this is what happened slow motion.... I tried many things specially lowering the settings... please help

Reformat your pc and install windows xp sp3
