Tried using the Roster Editor, but was enable to change the AssignedTo* value.
Any help on this?

Thank you very much, is there a way to change the teams Budget in Career or a way to extend the contract time of a player?

take a look at the players tab, most of the contract stuff is there

Can't find the budget in the teams tab.
