So there was this roster that unlocked all blacktop players. Is it possible to unlock all blacktop players on my own custom roster? If so please help, I have my own roster with commentators and stuff and I need help.

there isn't a roster editor like this for 2K14 so no.
You can use my HoS roster.iff editing method to change ASA IDs, or use a trainer to change it as well. Someone has created a download for it already done as well. Blacktop Mode Roster
Either way, do not ask about 2K14 issues in 2K13 sections.
