Keeping Mods

Is there a way to keep NBA today on and updating and still keep my mods? I notice whenever the game updates, it may sometimes override a specific mod ie. (Knicks Jerseys) and I have to go into downloads folder and delete the update manually.

Will work on it the following days, since JaoSming wants his scorebug back so bad. 2K is coming early with Online Data updates, so a lot of mods we'll be missing out on if left without Keep My Mod.

I'm guessing in the meantime, overwriting/renaming the files in Online Data or copying the custom .iff files to the Online Data folder will do the trick?
