My career starter when? bug or style of coaching

i play in suns i have pg 67 overall skill i drop 20 pts 4 rebs 7 asisst per game in rotation menu i have max 31 minutes for me sixmen (5-3) but on last two game coach drop me from my play time from 32 to 27 and after this drop me from 27 to 25 i have big game i don't fail what happens this is bug?

I have this issue too im playing as PF in toronto, my minutes started dropping when i installed title update (xbox360) and 10x10 rosters.
Before that i had center at bobcats and everything was ok i played 41 minutes each game as in 2k12.
