Low quality court art

Is andybody else having this problem? If not could somebody tell me why I am?

Do I need a better graphics card, or do I need to go into nvidia control panel and change something

its just 2K's awesome textures that are low-resolution. The texture for all logos in that court make up a single 512x512 texture. So that baseline logo is ~100 pixels in height, hence the shitty appearance.
