Tight jerseys and uniforms

Hi guys

I wanted to check if this was possible. In 2k12 I found this patch http://www.moddingway.com/file/15233.html and it came with gameplay changes wich I don't care about and didn't installed.
What I did care about was the Tight uniforms, it made the jerseys tighter and the shorts shorter wich was really really cool

I was just thinking, is this possible in 2k13?

Just putting the word out so it is taken into consideration.
