Talked with Pat when I tried to crack the audio files, didn't get any closer even with his information.
Don't think the music is even in the jukeboxmusic.bin. It's ridiculously small. 22MBs? NBA 2K9's was over 400MBs. No matter how much you compress sound, you can't fit all these songs in 22MBs and still have them be listenable in quality.
