Sorry I'm so late to this party, but I got this game to run correctly with Nvidia Surround (5760x1200 + bezel correction), and I assume it would run correctly on Eyefinity too (nothing I did was specific to Nvidia Surround). I figure it's still worthwhile to post how I did this, because for all we know 2K14 will lack Triple Header support too.
It's slightly complicated, but once you understand what to do, it takes about 5 minutes.
You need a hex editor, though. (I used HxD.) If you don't know what a hex editor is, find a "computer person" around you who does and ask them to help you (maybe buy them dinner first).
Here are the steps:
1. Download and extract CAM_MOD.rar from the first post in this thread:
viewtopic.php?f=138&t=766552. Backup your "nba2k13.exe" file so you have something to go back to if you mess this up
3. Open your "nba2k13.exe" file in your hex editor
4. Open the extracted "nosebleed_def.dat" file in your hex editor
5. Open the extracted "nosebleed_knicks.dat" file in your hex editor
6. Copy the hex values in "nosebleed_def.dat", find those exact same hex values in "nba2k13.exe", and replace them with the hex values from "nosebleed_knicks.dat"
Here are detailed steps for how to do #6 above:
A. Go to the hex editor tab that has "nosebleed_def.dat" open
B. Do "Select All" (usually Ctrl+A), and then "Copy" (usually Ctrl+C)
C. Go to the hex editor tab that has "nba2k13.exe" open
D. Do "Find" (usually Ctrl+F)
E. Make sure that the Find dialog that opens is set to look for hex values (not strings, integers, etc.). Usually there's a dropdown on the Find dialog that lets you choose what kind of search you want to do.
F. Do "Paste" (usually Ctrl+V) into the Find dialog's textbox
G. Click OK or Find or whatever button to look for the hex values you just pasted. It should find them in the exe, and hopefully highlight them for you.
H. Go to the hex editor tab that has "nosebleed_knicks.dat" open
I. Do "Select All" (usually Ctrl+A), and then "Copy" (usually Ctrl+C)
J. Go to the hex editor tab that has "nba2k13.exe" open
K. The hex values you found should hopefully still be highlighted. If so, just do "Paste" (usually Ctrl+V).
L. Save the modified "nba2k13.exe"
Now it's time to test your work:
7. Start NBA 2K13
8. Start a game
9. Go to Camera settings, and select the Nosebleed camera. This is the only camera whose parameters got modified via your hacking work above.
10. This Nosebleed camera should now be zoomed out enough that the game is fairly playable. Some parts, like cutscenes and replays, will still be too zoomed in, but that's as good as it will get until the game supports multi-monitor natively.
11. Try different Height and Zoom values in the Camera settings menu in the game, but most likely Height has to be at least 4 so that your view isn't obstructed by the bleachers. Zoom can be as low as 1.
Here's a topic that includes a tutorial with screenshots on how to do hex editing, if you still need it:
